DEPARTMENT PROFILE

2.     Year of Establishment- 2023

Mission- To achieve all round development of students and create awareness about the diverse versatility of education as a discipline for future endeavors.

Vision-

·        To develop creativity and scientific attitude among students

·        To make students understand their role in bringing change and revolutions.

·        To familiarize students with the changing needs of the global competitive society.

            Located amidst the scenic campus of PDUAM, Amjonga, the department has evolved as a center focused at developing creativity, knowledge, attitude and interest of students towards the global knowledge society. The department conducts classes for Higher Secondary Course and Bachelor of Arts courses as per NEP syllabus for Four Years Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP). The departments have 150 intake capacity for B.A minor course and 50 for honors course.
